ARTICLE V. Voting

Section 5.01: OFFICERS VOTING. All issues shall be decided by a majority vote of Officers.

Section 5.02: MEMBERSHIP VOTING. All Officers shall be decided by a majority vote of Members with voting rights.

Section 5.03 OFFICERS REQUESTING VOTES: On occasion, Officers of the Association may request Members with voting rights to vote on issues. Officers are not required to request a vote from Members of the association to resolve issues.

Section 5.04: CASTING A VOTE. Where Officers are to be elected by Members, or any other election is to be made whereby a count of the votes of all Members may be desired, a Member may cast a vote electronically or by mail as deemed by the Officers.
