ARTICLE I. Name and Purpose

Section 1.01: NAME: Sunset Hill Association. The name of this organization shall be the Sunset Hill Association, hereafter referred to as THE ASSOCIATION. It shall be a nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas.

Section 1.02: PURPOSE: The purpose of Sunset Hill Association is to keep the community safe, clean, and protected. The members of the association will coordinate to resolve community needs that affect the values and safety of the entire community.
